Our privacy statement. This site collects as little as possible. Below is exactly what does and doesn't happen.

Who handles your data

What we receive
Only what you fill in yourself on the contact form: brand or organisation, contact person, email address, type of collaboration, budget indication and your description.
The form turns that into an email which opens in your own mail app. You send it yourself. The site stores nothing and sends nothing in the background.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics that follow you across websites.
One preference is remembered: the language you pick with the language button. That sits in a cookie which only decides whether you see the Dutch or English version.
YouTube videos load via youtube-nocookie.com. As long as you don't play a video, YouTube sets no cookies to personalise advertising. Once you play one, YouTube's (Google's) terms apply.
TikTok and Instagram posts only load at the moment you open them. TikTok shows its own cookie prompt inside the player; you make that choice directly with TikTok. From then on TikTok's, respectively Meta's, terms apply.
The video thumbnails and the follower counts come from the servers of YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat. Your IP address is shared with them in the process, as with any external image.
Language and location
On your first visit the site looks at the country associated with your IP address, to decide whether you get the Dutch or the English version. That happens in the server's memory, at the moment of the request. The country is not stored and not shared.
If you pick a language yourself, the site remembers that choice for a year and stops looking at your location.
Hosting
The site runs on Vercel. Vercel keeps technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, in order to deliver and secure the site. We don't use those logs for profiling.
How long we keep things
A request you send by email is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and after that for a maximum of two years for our records. You can ask for earlier deletion via info@anishajla.nl.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object. Email info@anishajla.nl and you'll have an answer within four weeks.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
